The Support and Upgrade Subscription costs $199 per year. It includes full customer and technical support provided by our dedicated team, as well as access to the latest versions of activeCollab.

To extend the Support and Upgrade subscription, please log in to My activeCollab, click on Details next to your URL and then click Renew.

Purchasing the self-hosted version already includes access to support and upgrades. After one year, you can decide whether you wish to renew the subscription - it is completely optional. Please note that your self-hosted license does not expire after one year and you are free to use it for as long as you like.

All bug fixes for your version (eg. x.y.z) within the the branch that you have (x.y) will be available even after your Support and Upgrade subscription expires. This way, you can rest assured that you will always have the latest stabile version of your activeCollab branch.
