There is no user number limit in the self-hosted version of activeCollab. There is room for everyone - co-workers, clients, subcontractors, and associates.

You can even use activeCollab to import and store all you contacts, and neatly organize them in Companies. You can create as many Companies as needed and have an unlimited number of users in each.
