Since the Cloud platform is hosted on our servers, there are a few limitations that you should be aware of:

• Third-party modules are not available. However, you do get to enjoy all the official activeCollab add-ons and superfast turnaround time for new features and improvements.
• The Source module is not available on the Cloud platform.
• activeCollab cannot be connected to your own SMTP or IMAP server, nor use Email Filters. But you do get your own @mail.manageproject.com address, which allows you to use every project as an inbox.
• Also, the Branding Removal license is not available on the Cloud platform.
