Yes, we can install activeCollab for you. By purchasing Installation/Upgrade Credit on your activeCollab profile page, our support team will be able install or upgrade activeCollab for you. The price of Installation/Upgrade Credit is $99 per installation or upgrade.
With every Installation/Upgrade Credit you get:
- Minimal downtime.
- Installation of a new activeCollab setup on your server, or
- Upgrade of any activeCollab edition to the latest version.
After purchasing Installation/Upgrade Credit, please contact us at support@activecollab.com and provide the login details of your (S)FTP (or Windows Remote Desktop connection) and database connection parameters.
If you cannot provide access with any of the above methods, we will not be able to install or upgrade your activeCollab. In that case, we will refund your order.
All activeCollab users with a valid Support and Upgrade subscription are entitled to support. In case you wish to install or update activeCollab yourself, but are experiencing difficulties, our technical support staff will gladly assist you. The Installation/Upgrade Credit fee applies only to users who wish to have activeCollab set up entirely by the activeCollab support team.
