Enhancements:
- Job types can be archived
- Select if user can use just one or all active job types
- Added option to quickly access job type administration from project Hourly Rates page
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed bug which caused time log to not appear on time and expenses page after it's restored from trash if the list is empty
- Fixed problem with tasks filter widget doesn't showing any tasks when group by option is set to don't group
- Fixed problem on windows platforms with preview of image file not being displayed if file extension is uppercase
